Review and GIVEAWAY- Arc Angels T-shirt

Yes, they have reunited and have preformed at New York City’s Fillmore theater at Irving Plaza on May 8^th.

After more than a decade apart and having just showcased their music at SXSW, the Austin Legends Charlie Sexton, Doyle Bramhall II and Chris Layton are performing together again!!!  They are anticipating an upcoming album and DVD release(s) as well as UK spring tours with none other than Eric Clapton (WOW!!!).  If you’d like to hear a video stream of “Living in a Dream” head to Live Nation and check it out.

Arc angels is considered to be the stuff of legends – great musical talents working together through a time of crisis to create a tremendous band with a tremendous story. They were founded at the Austin Rehearsal Center (ARC), whose initials gave them their name, four amazing artists united after the death of their friend and fellow musician Stevie Ray Vaughan. The band was intended to be a musical outlet and inspiration –and while it was exactly that, it also became something much bigger.

Arc Angels fell apart in 1994, concluding their run with a series of farewell concerts at Austin’s Backyard outdoor venue. They each went on to follow their own individual paths from there. Alas, their back strong. And guess what? I’ve got a T-shirt to give away in honor of their re-uniting…to one of Blog Fully’s readers. I have one and boy do I love it. The shirts are of the best quality material. The artwork is awesome and I know you want one!!!
