One of Canada’s best kept secrets (Hedley) is making its way to us. I had the opportunity to listen to Hedley’s CD “Never too late” and I’ve got to tell you…On May 19^th, you better have been one of those people that bought a copy; In fact- I encourage you to do so if you haven’t yet, but, if not- one of you will win one from Blog Fully!

To me, they resemble one of my other favorite bands, “Second hand serenade”…yeah, they’re that good. Take a quick listen to one of their songs:

 In just three short years, HEDLEY has reached an amazing superstar status in Canada. The have two double platinum albums and seven #1 songs. They swept the 2009 Radio Music Awards with the song of the year, chart topper and the ever so great “Fan’s Choice awards…AND Fan Choice awards. They have surpassed other Canadian Superstars such as Nickelback and Avril Lavigne.

Did you think I was done yet? Nope…they were also nominated for 3 2009 JUNO awards in categories such as album of the year, songwriter of the year and fan choice awards, and won in every single major category at the Much Music Video Awards back in 2008.

The song “Old School”; Hedley’s 1^st single from Never Too Late has over 1 million views via YouTube, almost 1.5 million MySpace hits and is quickly becoming the High school Prom and Graduation soundtrack for 2009.  

So here’s the deal, I’ve had a giveaway for their CD once before (before I got hacked a few months back), but that’s okay because now I’m doing it again. I’ve got one copy (in my hands) to give to one of you. If interested, this is what you do.

To enter this giveaway you must:

FIRST- Listen to Hedley’s music and tell me what you like about them. It could be anything really; do you like their look, their sound, their lyrics…you get the idea. THERE WILL BE ONE WINNER; WINNER GETS Hedley’s latest CD; Never too late

Do any or all of the following if you’d like additional entries (1 additional entry per task):

This giveaway ENDS on July 24^th, 2009 at 11:59PM CST and is open to U. S. residents (sorry folks). One winner will be drawn using a random generator from all qualifying entries (so follow my simple rules please-they’re not that hard) and winner will be contacted via email. Winner will have 48 hours to reply or another winner will be chosen.
