I just received…& opened my box of goodies- they are too awesome (yes, I’m a mom and I get totally excited about things like this); I guess you can say that I hang out with my kids a bunch!!! So awesome that I can’t even begin to say how yummy this cereal is…I just can’t help myself; I had to share this stuff with my lovely readers!!! Honey Kix is a G-R-E-A-T source of fiber, calcium and vitamin D. Each box contains 16 grams of whole grain per serving (at least 48 grams recommended daily) and has no artificial flavors or preservatives. A perfect balance of taste and nutrition through simple ingredients, which both moms and kids can agree on!

Now KIX has always been one of my family’s favorite morning breakfasts. It’s fast, convenient and the kids are at that age where they love to serve themselves. They enjoy eating them (like pop-corn) while watching TV and they definitely enjoy taking them as a snack when we go places. I actually prefer them to eat this type of snack as opposed to what’s out there. There’s just too much sugar in everything now-a-days.
