I’m on a mission to quit smoking…or at least cut down on my current and only vice.

I haven’t been a real “partier” for some time now, so I rarely drink, especially since being diagnosed with CKD, but boy do I love my cigarettes and coffee.

I have a cigarette when I wake up, I have one after lunch and dinner and I have one whenever stress hits me…that’s basically about a 14 to 16 cigarette a day habit and I aim to quit (I’m hoping it won’t be too hard). A friend recently started using the E-cig as an alternative; maybe even break the habit herself. Well, she brought it over and let me take a few puffs to see what I thought about it. I have to tell you; I’M SOLD!!!
