DAN BROWN: The Lost Symbol BOOK Review
| October 5, 2009 | Posted by barb under Reviews |
Talk about a serious page turner! I couldn’t put this book down for a second. I have read The Da Vinci Code, Angels & Demons and now this. I’ve seen both movies and now I wait in quite anticipation in hopes that a movie is made from about this.
Dan Brown is an amazing author and I always look forward to his work. I only wish he could write just a little faster so that I have more to read. I can’t help it; I go through these books way too fast.
HERE’S TO WAITING FOR THE NEXT ONE!!!
For those who have never read or opened a Dan Brown book; you are totally missing out; especially with this book, which is a follow-up to the all-time bestselling work of adult fiction- The Da Vinci Code. This previous novel was universally celebrated by critics. The New York Times praised it as being “Blockbuster perfection…A gleefully erudite suspense novel”. The Chicago Tribune hailed it as “brain candy of the highest order,” and still, the San Francisco Chronicle raved, “If this novel doesn’t get your pulse racing, you need to check your meds”…enough said!!! You’ll just have to read the book to see for yourself how truly addicting these books become!
