I am officially 36 Years Young Today!!

Ha-ha! I’m not an old fart yet, nope- not at all; I’m aging like fine wine- getting better with age!!!! I mean, come-on, I’m only 36. I don’t have a single sign of aging. No grey hair, no nothing. There’s no mid-life-crisis happening here. I promise! Nope, just the weathered wear and tear of being a mother. Age, nope, no signs. I’m still in my prime. I’m still fun to be around. I’m still “kid” like (in my own ways). I couldn’t be happier that today is my day. My special, special day. The day that my mother gave birth to me thirty-six freakin’ years ago…okay, yeah, I am old, but just a little (I’m in denial)!

My two bestest friends in the world came by last night to give me a birthday gift and I love, love, LOVE IT!!! I got the coolest coffee maker known to man! Those coffee makers that make you want to brew coffee all day long cause it’s too cool to just sit there looking pretty. Oh, and speaking of coffee. Remember; My Community Coffee giveaway ends today so head to the giveaway page and enter before midnight tonight. I’ll contact a winner tomorrow after I have a cup of coffee in the morning.

  Isn’t this the coolest? C Rider, my other dear friend (which I will keep nameless- she knows who she is) and my husband were chatting back and forth throughout the day yesterday trying to figure out what to get me and then it dawned on them that this would be the perfect gift…they weren’t lying. I am so happy! I’ve got a coffee maker that I’ve wanted for a long time and now it’s mine, all mine!!!! Ha!!!

Since this morning, I’ve also had a number of friends contact me through FaceBook wishing me a wonderful day today, my mother called to wish me a Happy Birthday and the first words out of my daughters mouths this morning were Happy Birthday Mommy (I’m melting)! So, at the very least, I’m just so happy today.
