Super Newtronic Game APP Review
| March 30, 2010 | Posted by barb under Games |
I’ve been playing a lot more games lately; since becoming a part of the Game Review Network and I’m really enjoying it, really I am, but, with this comes a problem…I’m not getting any work done because I’d rather be playing new games then working.
The latest culprit for my inability to work- Super Newtronic. Yes, this game is undoubtedly the one keeping me from getting things done. The evil little genius that developed a game that involves a mischievous metal ball and colorful blocks needing to be broken- that’s why I’m not getting anything done lately. Oh and the time, that dreaded timed clock that keeps me from defeating a level so that I can move onto the next…you loose your self in this game. I don’t know how many times I’ve told my kids, “Just a minute” and “I cant look now, I’m being timed, hold on”. Yes, it’s going to happen to you to.
When they say “it’s like no other block breaking game”, they aren’t fibbing. It really is “like no other”. Sir Newton’s physics will definitely captivate you from the second you begin playing it. It has revolutionary iPhone/iPod touch controls, addictive game play and is extremely impossible to set down – even for a second. You’ll literally find yourself playing this game with no sign of giving up. There are over 50 unique levels that require you to solve puzzles and you’re going to need the skill to break the blocks before time runs out so keep watching the time. It even has 9 different possible endings based on the path you decide to take. Yes, you determine the outcome. In each level, you have a choice of two different game plays.
Oh, and don’t think you can just start the game over if you can’t defeat it; ha-ha, nope- ain’t happening (been there, done that and it’ll taunt you till you get it done). When you start the game again, it’ll be right there, waiting; waiting for you to beat it- right where you left off (LOL).
I’m serious, the creators of this game were genius’. The game is so fun. Frustrating (in the higher levels), but so much fun and addicting (did I mention addicting already?).
Don’t think you can handle the game- no worries. You can always choose your own difficulty. You can even play experimental mode (playing any random level you’ve already beat). If it’s still too tough, you can edit your game play by extending the time limit, turning off the gravity, increasing the bounciness of the energy lines and much, much more.
Here’s a few screen shots of the game along with details on purchasing and downloading the app (cause you know you’re going to want to):
What do you get when you mix Sir Newton’s physics with super-mesmerizing electronic sights and sounds and revolutionary iPhone/iPod Touch controls? You get Super Newtronic, an addictive new iPhone/iPod Touch game that is easy to play but impossible to put down! (more…).

The graphics look really awesome on this game. Thanks for your review.
I agree with Steve Capell. The graphics look great. Of course my idea of a challenging game is Farkle or Bejeweled Blitz on Facebook.

@Julie T: If you like (love) Bejeweled, then I think you’ll love this one too. I’m a big bejeweled fan and I am totally addicted to this game…
Thanks for the comment guys. If you end up getting the game, come tell me what you think. I can almost bet you’ll be hooked
