I DID purchase some 60 second dry nail polish and some cuticle remover recently, as a matter of fact, from Avon. The polish worked *pretty* well, only a few smudges, but the cuticle remover basically dried my nails and hands out, and only removed some of the cuticle. Dazzle Dry sounds like a product worth checking out. Thanks for the review.
