Hi all…sorry for the very quick note.
I really am off to bed but wanted to share this email I received a short time ago. It sounds like a really fun sweepstakes that you might even enjoy entering…great prizes, let me tell you.
Okay, so here’s the email I received (word for word from one of my PRs); enjoy and good luck!!! By the way, this giveaway is not on Blogfully. I’m merely sharing the news of a giveaway I find interesting and possibly a lot of fun to win. Thanks!
Hi Barb,
I wanted to introduce you to a very fun and clever campaign by Stella Artois to find the heir to the “King of Cannes.”
French film producer/director and quintessential playboy Jacques D’Azur has reportedly disappeared while vacationing in the South Pacific. Jacques set sail on his yacht ‘Bridgette et Anna’ off Tahiti. After brief radio contact, there has been no further signs of Jacques or his yacht.
Jacques D’Azur has been a fixture in the French film world for over 30 years, and is well known for his lavish lifestyle and parties during the Festival De Cannes. D’Azur, The King of Cannes, is a fictional character, meant to depict the lifestyle of the Festival and we’re hoping you can help us find his heir.
With his last will, D’Azur indicated an heir to his lavish weekend at the Cannes Film Festival, but the name of the rightful heir on the will is illegible. An extensive search is under way to find the rightful heir to take Jacques’ place at this year’s Festival.
The campaign was launched to give someone a chance to live the extravagant life of Jacques at this year’s Cannes. Everything begins with video reading of the will combined with Facebook integration as the official call for would be successors.

Disclosure: I was not gifted with anything for writing this post. I found this campaign to be interesting and thought I’d share. Thank you.
