Simply Go-Gurt Prize Pack Giveaway (1 Winner)
| April 19, 2010 | Posted by barb under Uncategorized |
Yum…a quick and tasty treat on the go! At least that’s what Patience told me. She didn’t give anyone a chance to taste them this time around. I’ve had them before, so luckily, I can still put my two cents into this review.
I’ve always liked the “convenience” of having Go-gurts around. Don’t get me wrong, I have to have full sized serving cups in the fridge most any day anyways, but when you need to leave the house quickly or for the kids, while they’re playing outside. It’s a nice way to have these around for those quick gotta have moments. It’s only Patience and I who eat yogurt. The other three would just assume pass on it. I guess I can understand. To each their own, right? That’s okay- it leaves more for me and Patience… LOL
I received this awesome prize pack in the mail; courtesy of My Blog Spark and Yoplait yogurt. It had a coupon for a free Simply Go-Gurt package as well as a cute little game, a weekly organizer (for me) and a nifty organizer for the car. Too funny…I do the same thing to get the girls out of bed each morning. Songs about being late if they don’t get their butts in gear…stuff like that.

I talk in a funny voice and “talk” for my dogs. Niece LOVES it and laughs like crazy even if shes crying.

My children are all grown and gone from home now. When they were young I would dress in mismatched clothing like striped blouse and polka dot shorts, one blue sock, one red sock, one black shoe, one white shoe. I know this sounds crazy, but the kids loved it. They laughed especially hard when I was brave enough to wear that outside to the mailbox. My daughter told me that her friends were jealous because she had such a cool mom.

I have an old, beat up vehicle: a’96 Buick Century station wagon with rust, and no hub caps. The kids hate it; they’re embarassed to ride in it. (Truth is, so am I; but we have no money to get another at this time.) So, I make a game out of it. I will say stuff like, it’s got an engine of a Corvette. (They laugh) If we are at a stop light, I’ll act like we are at a drag race and talk smack and race the engine…RELAX, I’m only “pretending.” Then I’ll say stuff to my kids like… OK, buddy, YOU really THINK YOU are going to beat us with THAT? (They’re driving a BMW or something like that) I mean, REALLY???? LOOK at this baby! That always makes them laugh… and me too!
