Complicated situations often cause an enormous amount of stress. I usually deal with mental stress through prayer and physical stress that always seems to come with the mental stress with exercise. This book seems like a book that I would really like to read. Thanks for hosting this giveaway.
I deal with stress constantly because my son has major health issues. I usually allow myself to completely panic for several minutes. Then I calm down, take a few deep breaths, and tell myself, I am doing the best I can. I tell myself it will be okay. It may not be the best, but it is helping me get through.

Prayer and the support of my family usually gets me through whatever life throws my way. I like to think I am a pretty strong, rational person who can deal. I remind myself that every bad thing will eventually end, and that for every one bad thing there is in life, there are at least ten good things, things I should be thankful for
