I have the same tooth sensitivity that you do, so I don’t normally buy tooth whiteners. I used to rinse with a mixture of peroxide and water after brushing though. I don’t recommend it because it tastes pretty damn disgusting.

Not too outrageous, but I drink hot tea through a straw so as to not stain my teeth.
