Proactiv Review and Giveaway- 1 Winner

UPDATE: Giveaway is closed and winner has been contacted.

Congrats to comment #34 Emily at BabyDickey

Proactiv For Teens So I think it’s safe to assume that most, if not all kids, are back at school. For the young ones; this is an exciting time. It’s new and definitely full of fun learning experiences. But for those entering into Jr. High and High school…these years can be pretty rough, maybe even a little overwhelming.

If the overload of classes weren’t enough for these kids to deal with…try adding clicks, wearing the latest brands and/or dealing with peer pressure. This can be pretty stressful for a teenager. And if all of that wasn’t enough still; let’s add acne problems to the whole mix.

From a teenager’s perspective (my son’s); a lot rides on a kid’s appearance. Dealing with ‘acne’ can jeopardize their social standings, their party invites and/or even future date opportunities. It can give people the wrong impression about the kid, especially if he/she has a serious problem with acne. Most of the time it’s not even the kids fault. Maybe it has a lot to do with hormonal changes or everyday stresses and very little to do with hygiene. This is coming from my child. One who has been through those changes and knows just how harsh kids can be.

Long story short; after the conversation with my son I felt really bad. I remembered a time when my son was going through this and how angry he always seemed to be. He didn’t want to go anywhere. He couldn’t stand the way he looked and didn’t think anything would ever help him. I felt so helpless.

Since that time, my son’s complexion has cleared up. He still has an occasional ‘breakout’, but nothing like it used to be.

The good news: My son (and I) have been using Proactive Plus for Teens. We received it about a week and a half ago and I’ll be completely honest with you…during the first week, we weren’t sure about the results we were seeing. At first we couldn’t tell if it was making our complexions worse or if it was merely drawing out all those impurities. We couldn’t tell for sure, but when we started week two it was like turning on a light switch. All of the sudden things started looking up for us. The bumps and crappy stuff quickly began drying up and shrinking away. It felt great. Still today, I like the way it’s helping. We’re both pretty satisfied with what we’re getting out of Proactiv.

I now know why so many celebrities use and back this product. It works for so many people…but, just so you know; if you’re not completely satisfied – they have a guarantee; a Proactiv promise (if you will). If you have the time, feel free to visit Proactiv and read a few testimonials.
