The girls told me to tell you guys that this DVD was AMAZING!!! It has all of their favorite songs and even a few they hadn’t heard before. The girls (and I) rate this DVD with 10 stars; for entertainment, fun, laughs, and giggles!
Do you remember the song by Cindy Lauper, “Girls just want to have fun”? Well, the VeggieTales have this song called “Gourds Just want to have Fun”, and the girls love it to death. It’s one of their favorites. But it’s definitely not the only one. There are 18 silly songs on the VeggieTales Live DVD (over 70 minutes of silliness) and out of those 18, Patience and Piper loved over half (16 to be exact). My absolute favorite was “Cheese Burger”. That song is so hilarious. CJ (shocker…I know) loves “where is my hairbrush” by Larry the cucumber, and the girls loved the rest.
If you’ve never been to a Live VeggieTales show, but have always wanted to, this DVD will make up for the absence. The girls and I have watched it three times and have yet to be “bored”. It is definitely entertaining and fun to listen and sing along to. We recommend it!!!
