If you didn’t catch Real Steel in theaters, now’s your chance to own it on Blu-ray & DVD. It officially hit stores today and if you get the chance, it’s one movie I encourage you to watch soon.
I’m not a huge robot movie fan. I’ve seen a few though. My favorites happen to be iRobot, Bicentennial Man, and the animated adventure of Robots? But, of all “robot” movies I’ve watched before, I’ve never quite seen one like Real Steal.
I was never into rock ‘em—sock ‘em type robots nor have I ever been fond of boxing; I just don’t get why someone would purposely jump into a ring knowing it’s possible they’ll waddle out of there with a whole new face. but all that aside; the cutting edge of fighting robots and the art of boxing, combined, make for a pretty insane movie; worthy of being raved!

Final thoughts:
Bloopers are a must see (after the film; don’t do it before cause it’ll ruin the fun) and the commentary with Director Shawn Levy must be watched. The movie is really is “that good.” The girls and I love it and have actually watched it a half a dozen times since last weekend. Hub, CJ and Zach still rave about it too.
Here’s a piece of our favorite part of the movie (or at least the girls’ most favorite part); makes us laugh every time.
All and all—it’s a must see movie!
