I am so sorry for the lack of writing these past 9 days. But there was a lack of writing with good reason! I had such an amazing time visiting my mother, playing with my nieces and nephews. Talking with my sisters and spending time with my girls. It was awesome.

And guess what?

For the next two weeks my girls will be staying with my mother and sisters. This, in return, gives me enough time to (hopefully and thoroughly) clean my home and catch up on all of my writing.

I am so excited about this mini staycation – though I do and will miss my girls – I know this time will help me to catch up on everything I need to do (without wasting the girl’s summer vacation). I know that they’re safe with my family and that they’ll be well taken care of.

So anyway. I just want to let you know that I’m back and I’m ready to work…tomorrow. Today I’m relaxing with Mr Man and will do just a little light work around the house. I hope you’re weekend is going well!!!
