It never fails. A trip to my mother’s house involves 1-3 restroom breaks – without fail. Now mind you, the trip is only 2 1/2 hours. You would think that a 9 & 10 year old could hold their bathroom breaks until we arrive at grandmas; not my girls. The girls must really have small blatters because it seems like we’re always stopping at places to use the restroom, no matter where we are and how far away from home we’ve traveled.
That said…
Our trip to San Antonio (2 days ago) consisted of 2 potty breaks. The shocker was that the last stop was just one mile away from my mother’s front door. And this wasn’t the most pleasant bathroom we’ve had to use while on the road. I’m just glad that I had Potty Covers that were sent my way. Check these out.
If you’ve ever needed toilet covers for a bathroom emergency before, these are the covers to get.
For under six dollars (on Amazon) you can purchase a six pack of potty covers. Each cover is individually wrapped and is made of soft non-woven fabric and a layer of plastic on the bottom that creates a waterproof barrier between the toilet and your child.

Overall Experience:
For the cost of the Potty Covers, I think they’re pretty good. There not exactly as brite as I thought they’d be – after seeing the picture on the front of the packaging. But as for performance, they met my expectations. We were definitely more at ease about having to use a public restroom.
The best part – they’re disposable.
As soon as the last one was done using the restroom I simply grabbed the cover from the top, crumbled it up and tossed it into that trash can sitting right beside the toilet.
Potty Covers are a great product to have handy – when you’re out and about – and I’d recommend these to other parents in a heart beat.
