Whether you have kids starting intermediate, Jr High, high school or even College, Walmart has all that you need in order to get your child prepared for the upcoming school year.
For all your computer needs – HP has a variety of great technology products that are just perfect for that returning student…or for the parent who works at home – like me, all at your local Walmart.
I’m not sure how it is in your area school district, but the intermediate schools here (5th-6th graders) are given assignments where they must go home (or to the library), do research on a subject, on the computer, type out their final report. The report must then be printed and brought in for grading.
Products worth taking a visit to Walmart for:
HP Pavilion dv6-7029wm Entertainment PC-The HP Pavilion dv6-70929wm is sure to be the best entertainment PC on campus. With a sleek, tapered metal design, it’s easy to pick up. And with cool features like Beats Audio™ amplified by quad speakers and a subwoofer, it’s tough to put down.
HP Deskjet 3052a e-All-in-One Printer– With an HP e-Print wireless enabled printer you can now print from your smartphone or tablet from virtually anywhere! Your children can send photos and assignments from the classroom right to your HP ePrint printer at home by simply sending an email. This printer is also great for teens going away to college! You can share photos and recipes with them in their dorm room. Stay in touch with your students with HP ePrint
HP XL Ink Cartridges– Back-to-school means lots of printing! These cartridges fit in your printer like HP’s regular cartridges, but they hold more ink! The best part is they are now available at Walmart and Walmart.com/HPink so you can stock up on ink when you buy groceries. You can save up to 40% on printing with HP’s XL ink cartridges*. That’s a great value any mom can appreciate!
*Compared with single, standard HP ink cartridges. Based on average retail pricing, actual prices may vary.
My local Walmart currently has their HP Pavilions priced at $695 (give or take a little). The printers and their ink are fairly priced as well. Your looking at around $35 for ink refills once the original inks (that come with the printer) run low.
I’ve been looking into buying a new computer for John and a new one for me just about as soon as we buy the girls a new one for school. Our computers (his desktop and my laptop) are on their last leg now. Mine keeps beeping for some reason, and his, well…he just needs an update. We bought his computer in 2004.
That said, I definitely plan on hitting Walmart when it’s time to buy our tech stuff. I think the prices for HP computers are more than reasonable and affordable.
