I’m not one to watch crazy “stoner” movies like High School…but, I sure am glad that I made the exception and decided to humor myself with this film. I needed the laughs and it was really fun hanging out with boys.
High School – The Movie…hmmm…how can I put this?
It’s a crazy movie about two kids who try to get the whole school high (through a bake-sell at school) to save one of the top students from getting suspended after getting high for the first time. It’s so funny – you just have to watch it. There’s not much else to say about this movie except that Collin Hanks stars in it too. You just have to watch it (without the little ones); but don’t blame me when the word “what” becomes a joke…LOL!!! What?!

Movie Synopsis: The day after valedictorian Henry Burke (Matt Bush) takes his very first hit of the chronic, his school principal (Michael Chiklis) institutes mandatory drug tests for all students. Henry has two options: fail and lose his college scholarship, or team up with his stoner friend Breaux (Sean Marquette) to beat the system. After all, if everyone fails the drug test then no one will be expelled, right? What could possibly go wrong when you steal a psycho drug dealer’s stash to get the whole school high?
Final Thoughts:
It’s a crazy movie, really it is. Again, I’m not much for watching these type of “comedic” movies but this one was really good. I thought so anyway.
Disclosure: I was provided with a copy of the film, for the purpose of my review. All thoughts are my own and based on my experiences with the product.
