@ForDummies Books and my Latest Favorite

I’m a fan of “For Dummies” books; have been for years. I only own a few copies now (“HTML For Dummies”, “A Little Bit Of Everything For Dummies” (a Free EBook Download), and “The Bible For Dummies”), but I have a feeling that this book collection will be growing a lot faster now that I’m an official For Dummies Ambassador.

That said; I received Belly Fat Diet For Dummies (which I am determined to read, read, and read again). It’s one of the latest releases from the For Dummies collections and so far I’ve learned to identify my belly fat type (yuck!) and to see just how badly that belly fat impacts my health.

Final Thoughts:

I love everything about this book (and it’s companion website). There’s so much to learn from both. And the meals, omg…every one of them sounds delicious. I’m actually pumped about starting the 14-day quick-start program too, which I plan to start once I’ve gone grocery shopping. There’s just a few things I need to buy (and a lot I need to get rid of – in the pantry) in order to make this work. Don’t worry, I’ll keep you posted on my progress.

Disclosure: I received a copy of Belly Fat Diet for Dummies as part of my participation in the For Dummies Ambassador program. I am honored to be taking part in such an amazing program and look forward to sharing my thoughts with you all. But as always, any thoughts, opinions and/or testimonials shared on this post are solely my own.
