Simple Foods for Busy Families [Book Review]

I can’t say I’m the busiest mom in the world, but between blogging, taking care of the kids, tending to the puppy, and helping Dad with the rest of the household stuff…by dinner time, I’m pretty wiped out.

I want so badly to feed my family better meals; I think they deserve it, but because I’m so tired by the end of the day, dinner ends up being fast food or quick fatty food fixes. It’s sad really, and I know that the fatty foods are contributing to my “being wiped out” early in the day.

Solution…

If you’re anything like me, or feel what I feel, Simple Food for Busy Families; the Whole Life Nutrition Approach
is the book to read. It’s jam packed with fat food myths, tips, recipes, and facts on food and nutrition. It’s a fun read and definitely one I highly recommend to you.
