My Plans for New Years Eve

by barb on December 31, 2012

My plans for today…making up for work I didn’t do all weekend long because I was too busy recouping from a horrible bug that struck me on Friday evening.

I started feeling a little better yesterday – I’m much, much better today thank you – but on Friday and Saturday, OMG…I was praying for the pain and chills to go away and for the puking to stop!

Yesterday, since I was feeling better but still having to take it easy, I spent the day on my rocking chair, crocheting slippers for Patience, Piper and myself.

Aren’t those cute? I’m actually pretty proud of myself. I didn’t realize how hard slippers were to make.

Yesterday was great. I loved putting smiles on the girls’ faces. As for today, I’ve been playing “secretary” for John – making a master list (for all his work) as well as the stages each item is in, plus invoices and tags. And after I’m done writing this post I’ll work on the back-end of Blogfully and then I’m cleaning house (since it doesn’t clean itself).

Hope you guys had a great weekend and your plans for this evenings New Year’s celebrations rock!!! What are your plans?

Blogfully yours,

These are adorable! You are so talented…have you ever thought about an Etsy shop?

Awe, thanks Janet. I love to crochet. It’s very therapeutic for me. I’ve thought about an Etsy shop before but I don’t know that I’d do so well. I’m not sure what to price things at…though the extra money would be awesome!
