Giveaway: Premium Account to Break Pal (The Ultimate Deskerciser)

Over the course of 1 1/2 years – since my hysterectomy – I’ve managed to put on 30 pounds and lose every ounce of self esteem I’ve ever had (and that was already low to begin with).

I’ve had it with being disgusted with myself. I’m tired of feeling the way I feel – tired all the time. So – instead of complaining – on January 1st I took that first step to getting back into shape. And do you know what? I’m feeling so much better now.

I’m walking a mile at the tracks now (every other night) and when I’m not doing that, I’m doing cardio at home for 30 minutes. And in case that’s not enough, on weekdays – while I work on the computer – Break Pal reminds me – via my iPhone app – to get up and get moving. It’s been a great motivater and has really helped to increase my productivity during the day. I highly recommend it…and love it too!

  • I’d like to win because I think it would be something helpful if I stuck with it…I think BreakPal needs a better website design and would benefit from inserting some of the images that you have on your review. Maybe they could highlight on the home page your review so that it puts into people’s heads about how convenient the app could be.

  • Heather!

I would love for something (as opposed to somebody) to sort of keep me accountable for my physical activity goals. It’s easy to get caught up in the day’s activity, but if I am being sent reminders regularly I can’t really use the excuse that ‘I forgot’ or ‘I got too busy’. Sounds like a great plan!
