#PreachersDaughters – A Lifetime premiere March 12th

The Preachers daughterI don’t know about you, or your thoughts on a show like this, but I am sooooo watching The Preachers’ Daughters, on Lifetime, Tuesday, March 12th, at 10PM ET/PT. No doubt about it! But I don’t think I’ll be letting Patience or Piper watch it. They’re too young, I think.

About the show:

Preachers’ Daughters reveals a hard-hitting but often humorous look at the lives of these pastors’ daughters as they balance the temptations every teenager faces with their parents’ strict expectations and code of conduct as influenced by their faith. Does the family that pray together, stay together? What happens will change these families forever, and surprise viewers with this unvarnished peek into their lives and the universal issues all households with teenagers face daily. Growing up is never easy but for these families the consequences are eternal…

I’ll definitely watch an episode; maybe two, or three. I guess it all depends on how long I can handle the “attitudes” of the “Preachers’ daughters.”

Any thoughts?

For more on the premier of Preachers’ Daughters, visit Lifetime on Facebook, Twitter &/or Google+ – I’m sure there’ll be lots of discussions about the series before it airs in 12 days.

Disclosure: I was contacted by Lifetime, who asked if I’d be interested in sharing information about the premiere of Preachers’ Daughter. I was given material, to share with you on this post. No compensation was given and any opinions expressed are my own

My daughter was recently interviewed to be on the show “Preachers Daughter” I am happy to say she was to “well adjusted”, and has come through a rough time with allowing God to work in her life and has become a disciple through it all. To the families that for t.v entertainment want to air their spiritual struggles and their daughters dirty laundry for the sake of good t.v, I will pray for you and your families. I for one am happy Amber was labelled as too good……Lord help us all!

    • I’m not sure I’m wanting to watch the show to laugh at one’s spiritual struggles, however. I am curious as to how everyone will be portrayed. I don’t know if I’ll ever watch it again after that, but I do want to see what all the hoopla’s about. :)

I do thank you for your comment.
