@Udi’s #GlutenFree Foods ROCK!

If you’ve never had gluten free foods before, might I recommend trying Udi’s before anything else. My kids, husband and I swear by their stuff…especially their muffins and their new tortillas.

When we made the move to the new apartment, this is what we had for breakfast everyday: Chocolate-Chocolate and Blueberry Muffins from Udi’s.

And need I say, they were delicious! So moist. So tasty. S0, so good.I actually got a text from John while he was at work (after he kidnapped the last of the two blueberry muffins…

I thought it was cute, but the girls didn’t appreciate it as much. Especially since they’d already finished eating all the chocolate-chocolate muffins. LOL. And the cranberry granola.

Udi’s Gluten Free foods are – for my family – the best gluten free foods possible. Granted, I’ve never tried any other gluten free foods, but Udi’s makes up for it I’m sure.

John, the girls and I are in love with Udi’s muffins and brownie bites. We like their breads too, and tortillas. But, we really, really really love their muffins!!!

Udis Tortillas

We recently tried Udi’s Gluten Free tortillas; they’re not bad. Udi’s Gluten Free Tortillas can be used with just about any meal that calls for flour tortillas. They’re a little different than the tortillas we’re used to eating down here in South Texas, but they’re still good. So far I like putting them in my Enchilada casserole. Udi’s tortillas absorb the sauces and cheeses beautifully (I would have shared pictures, but seriously, the family devoured the casserole before I remembered the camera).

Udi’s Gluten free foods are available at most health food stores, and select grocery stores. If you’re not sure you’ve seen them in your store, visit Udi’s Gluten Free to find a location that sells the brand nearest you.
