If I’ve said it once, I’ve said it a thousand times; I want something to help me tone, build and strengthen my muscles without all the heaping equipment. I want something that will do what it says it will do without having to buy tons of other things to use with it. I want something that works- the very first time I use it and, last but not least, I want something that will give me results.
