If you have kids in their tweens and teens (and even younger; I’m sure), then you’ve probably seen or even heard of StarStruck on Disney. If you have girls, then you’ve probably heard the little cutesy remarks about how adorable Sterling Knight is too…if not, then you’re not hearing them (LOL). I’m sure you’ve even seen the commercials on Disney for the Extended edition DVD release that will be released on June 8th, 2010. If none of those hold true for you, then let me be the first to tell you… Patience, Piper and I watched the Disney Premier of this movie when it aired on Disney...
So I had C. Rider’s kids last night, and…as I sit here this morning, drinking my coffee, they’re happily entertaining themselves with a fun game of BINGO. This is a usual occurrence between C. Rider’s kids and mine. It gives the kids a chance to hang out and play while also giving us parents a night of free play. As you guys know. I do have a son, but he’s too “old” for cartoons, but Bug isn’t. Bug is C. Rider’s son. He’s a seven year old boy that is very much into all things “boy”. He’s one of those kids that, much like his mother, naturally attract people their way....

VeggieTales Saint Nicholas A Story of Joyful Giving I am just such a big fan of the VeggieTale Movies. I often wonder how anyone could not be. They have such great morals and Christian values. They are great in teaching our little ones how to be good and wholesome people. Anyways, back to the point because I could go on forever. A Muppets Christmas;Letters to Santa Barb has been giving me some really great books, CDs, and movies to review. Although I can’t tell you how long it’s been since I’ve last watched a Muppets Movie, I can tell you it’s been a long, long time. My 3 children and I sat down to watch this movie. Of course it couldn’t be done without protests from them (my kiddies) having “better” things to do. Ha-ha, Well I fooled them. As soon as I hit play they were glued, eyes to the TV, mouths shut (except for laughing) and rear-ends to the couch. VN:F [1.9.3_1094]please wait...Rating: 0.0/10 (0...
Get ready because on September 29th, 2009, Shrink will be hitting the shelves and you’ll want to get your hands on a copy. Shrink was an Official Selection of the 2009 Sundance Film Festival and has been called “funny, tart and fascinating” by Cinema Signals. It’s an amusingly interesting watch. The way Kevin Spacey and my favorite actor, Robin Williams, played in this movie were wonderful; you won’t be disappointed. Now, granted, it does have a few slow and dark moments in this film, and you will find yourself teary eyed (depending on what’s going on in your life when you watch...
Okay, let me just begin by saying; there are some serious football fans out there! Seriously, HOW far would you go to protect your “football” hero? I can almost guaranty there are a few out there, but anyways…hold on to your seats and get ready because it’s headed your way! In BIG FAN; Actor Patton Oswalt plays an interesting character “Paul Aufiero” who struggles as a parking garage attendant from Staten Island. He’s self-described as the “world’s biggest New York Giants fan”. At 35-years-old; he still lives with his mother (Marcia Jean Kurtz) and spends his off time calling...
Night Train is filled with suspense as a mysterious box seems to be the item of desire. It possesses something so valuable that everyone conspires to have it for themselves. The movie will have you on the edge of your seat as you get taken on a whirlwind adventure trying to figure out what’s going to happen next. This summer; greed, murder and paranoia take first class seats on Night Train. It’s a taut, new thriller starring Danny Glover (Lethal Weapon, Saw), Leelee Sobieski (88 Minutes, The Wicker Man) and Steve Zahn (Management, Joy ride). I’m not much on spoiling movies for anyone and...
